The injury to Oliveira is not serious

Nemanja Nikolics came on as a 55th minute substite in Sunday's 2-1 away win at Paks. The away fans may have been pleased to see their 'supersub' come on and score the winner. The last thing that the Vidi followers wanted to see was one of the star players picking up a bad injury heading into the winter break. Luckily the news is that there is nothing too serious to worry about. The player was taken to a local hospital, where an x-ray was taken of his right ankle, with the results showing that there was no break or serious injury. The player, who arrived on loan from Parma in the summer, is now fine and a decision will be made by Paulo Sousa on whether he can take part in the Hungarian cup match with Haladas.
