The Hungarian FA have agreed to switch the venue for Sunday's first division match
Sunday's game against Eger was originally scheduled to be played at the home of Eger. However, their lack of floodlights makes their stadium not fit to host first division football at the moment. There was talk of the game being switched to either Diosgyőr or Debrecen. However, the two clubs agreed to switch the location of the match, which the Hungarian FA have agreed to.
- I am naturally very pleased with the decision, which now means we will not have to travel several hundred of kilometers at the weekend. We have a very important match in the Europa League next week, and we will have to travel out to Turkey, two days before the match date. It makes a big difference that the players will now have extra time to relax after the Eger match. The Hungarian FA looked at both teams interests, and at the end came out with the best decision for all. Eger will now have the chance to play us on their home pitch in the spring season. Said Pánczél Szabolcs, to the clubs website.
