Bence Kovács, Gergely Nagy and Dávid Zimonyi are leaving Videoton

Gergely Nagy, who joined our club in the summer of 2024, is leaving with the expiration of his contract. He started in goal for our team in seven league matches during the 2024–2025 season and in 21 league matches during the 2025–2026 season in the second division.

Bence Kovács, who joined Vidi in 2020, is also leaving Videoton as his contract expires. In addition to our U17 and U19 teams, the Galanta-born footballer also played for Vidi II in NB III. He signed a professional contract with our club in the summer of 2021, then made his debut for our first team a few months later in a cup match against Sopron, and a year later he also made his debut in NB I. Wearing the Videoton colors, he played in 3 NB I and 15 NB II league matches; in the season just concluded, he scored one goal, appeared in four Hungarian Cup matches, and found the net once.

Dávid Zimonyi arrived in Fehérvár from Vasas in the winter; at the end of the season, our club did not exercise the option included in his contract. Zimonyi took to the pitch in five league matches in red and blue during the spring season.
