Sandor and Elek called in to Hungarian squad

Hungary face Finland in a home qualifying match on the 11th October

The Hungarian international team have a vital qualifying match at the Puskas Ferenc stadium against Finland, on Tuesday 11th October. Hungary currently sit in third place, equal on points with second in the group, Sweden. Sandor Egervari's team have to beat Finland, and hope that Sweden fail to win against Holland, to have a chance of making it to the play off's. Egervari has called up two Videoton players, with both Akos Elek and Gyorgy Sandor expected to feature. Zoltan Gera and Balazs Dzsudzsak also return to what is a strong looking squad.
