Earth Day is on 22 April, and to mark the occasion our club had a special programme for fans at Sunday's league match. The Sóstó Visitor Centre provided interactive games for children, aimed at environmental education.

The match started evenly with few chances. In the 10th minute, Stefanelli sent a good ball to Simut on the right, whose cross was too deep and was collected by Patrik Demjén. In the 23rd minute Bognár's long-range free-kick was confidently gathered by Nagy.

The first serious situation came in the 26th minute, when Bálint Szabó made a good run into the empty area, but his through ball was not met, but we collected the ball on the far post and Stefanelli shot just over from 21 metres. A minute later, Polievka found himself in a shooting position inside our penalty area, and his effort was cleared by Nagy from close range.

In the 31st minute, after Patrik Kovács' free kick, Gergely Nagy had to save again, with a reflex stop from the goalkeeper. On the other wing, Saponjic played a nice move to Stefanelli, whose shot was saved by Beriashvili's block.

In the 38th minute, Milicevic's good cross was headed wide by Kalandadze, and a minute later Szabó shot over the bar. Three minutes before the break we came close to taking the lead, after Bálint Szabó's free-kick Demjén collided with Saponjic, our striker twice tried to convert the rebound, but the referee's whistle stopped the action.

The first half ended with a Vidi situation, Simut broke into the penalty area, he could have scored, but he was cleared by the defenders. There were chances on both sides, but neither team scored in the first half.

We started well in the second 45 minutes and put pressure on MTK's goal right from the start, but unfortunately the score remained the same: Katona was played through well and his shot hit the top bar before bouncing off Stefanelli's head and into the net. However, Katona was offside, so the score remained nil-nil. In the 52nd minute, MTK also threatened, after Bognár's corner, Kádár took a shot on goal from long range, Nagy saved with his foot.

Five minutes later, MIlicevic's free kick was blocked by the visiting backline, then Gergely Nagy's raced out of goal and misread the ball, which went over him, but fortunately Krisztián Németh was not able to place the ball into the empty net, which he missed from 16 metres out, following pressure from the defender.

In the 70th minute, following Szabó's corner, Petrov headed the ball from seven meters dangerously towards the goal, Demjén made a great save to clear the ball from under the crossbar.

In the 75th minute, we took the lead: Milicevic curled a good ball in front of the MTK Budapest goal, Stefanelli arrived in great pace and slotted the ball into the net from close range (1-0).

We could not be happy for long, as in the 81st minute the Blue and Whites equalised. Rajmund Molnár tricked his way inside the penalty area, Nagy could only get a touch on his shot, the ball bounced up and Jurina poked it into the empty net (1-1).

The score remained the same for the rest of the game, our team got a very important point against MTK Budapest. Next week, we will play a county match in Felcsút on Saturday early afternoon against Puskás Akadémia FC.
