Adam Farkas will referee the weekend league game with Győr

The 33 year old match official was last in charge of the league game against FTC.

Adam Farkas joined the division two group of referee's back in 2007. He stepped up to the first division a year later, before making his debut in the MTK - Kaposvar match on the 21st February 2009. He has been voted top official of the year twice over recent seasons.

It is interesting to note that Adam Farkas was the first match official in Hungary, who refereed a key game involving two assistant referee's, a fourth official and two further offcials behind each goal. This took place in the Debrecen - Vidi League cup quarter final match last March.

Farkas was the match referee when Vidi won 2-1 away at Papa. He was most recently in charge of this season's league match against FTC, which ended in a 0-0 draw. He will be assisted in Sunday's game by Vencel Toth and zoltan Bozo, with Attila Kelemen being the fourth official.
