Tamás Pető and Péter Máté gave their reaction to the Videoton v Mezőkövesd match, which the visitors won 2-1.
Tamás Pető:
"We’ve lost yet another match we should have won, in the final minute. We created a great many chances in front of the opposition’s goal, but our play up front sorely lacked quality and concentration. We have a lot of young players who are just coming up from the youth teams and are making mistakes that simply won’t be tolerated in senior football. We still have faith in our current squad, but if we can’t score goals from so many chances, we won’t be able to win matches. We need to find the players with whom we can win matches. What worked perfectly in the spring isn’t working at all now."

Péter Máté:
"We’re very happy. We came up against Videoton, who are a title contender, and apart from the first 15 minutes, we gave them a run for their money. At the start, we couldn’t quite find a way to counter their style of play, and I could sense some uncertainty among the players at that point. Then we started to play football and tried to create chances through our combination play. There were quite a few turning points in the match from our point of view, but we responded brilliantly to each one; they didn’t manage to unsettle us, and in the end we managed to score. We were solid at the back, whilst also remaining dangerous and launching good counter-attacks. I consider today’s three points to be very valuable.”
