Vidi will visit a Pecs side that have picked up 7 points from their last 9

Gyorgy Veber's side did not begin the new season too well, but have found their feet over recent weeks to sit in ninth place in the table.

There was not too much movement in the summer transfer window at Pecs. There were more arrivals than departures in that time. Krisztian Koller left to join Nyiregyhaza, Viktor Varosi moved to Haladas, while Miroszlav Zsdral headed to Kaposvar. Vukasin Polekszics moved to Pecs from Debrecen and Richard Frank came from MTK. Further arrivals included Norbert Heffler (Paks), Peter Poloskey (Debrecen) and Eke Uzoma from Snadhausen.

There was also a change in management with Gabor Marton and Emil Lorincz heading out to be replaced by Gyorgy Veber, who coached Mezokovesd last season.

The new 2014/15 league season did not kick off in the best of manner for the red and blacks. They collected just three points from their opening six games, without winning any of them. That bad run came to an end at the home of last seasons champions, Debrecen. Pecs won 2-0 and then drew their next match at home to Paks. Their most recent league game saw them win at the home of Honved. Pecs have scored 11 goals in their 9 league games, conceding 14 goals in those matches. The top scorers are Poloskey, Mohl and Kovari who have 2 goals each.

They have progressed to the last 16 in the Hungarian cup, beating Soroksar 5-0, SZEOL SC 4-1 and Szaszvari 3-0. Pecs have also won both of their group games in the league cup.

They fielded the following side in their last league match: Polekszics - Nagy, Balogh, Romic, Uzoma - Horváth, Márkvárt, Kővári (Pölöskey), Szatmári, Heffler (Causic) - Frőhlich (Lantos).

Danijel Romic and Peter Poloskey will not feature against Videoton on Saturday, after both players were sent off against Honved.
