Vidi's youth teams pick up top spot

The U19 side (pictured above) under the name of Videoton-Puskas Academy won 20 matches, while drawing a further 5 with just 5 defeats. This helped them to 65 points in their league with an impressive goal difference of 62-30. Karoly Varga's side won their final home league match with a resounding 5-0 win over Ferencvaros, thanks to goals from Szabo, Kiraly, Paudits, Gajdos and Toth helping them to the league title.

The U18 side won their league after winning 23 games, with a single draw and 6 defeats. Their very good goal difference of 121-33 showed just how strong they were as Laszlo Dajka's side ended up in first place with 70 points. They won their last game of the season at Felcsut with a 4-2 win over Ujpest. Goals from Toth, Geresi, Bartai and Kiprich did the damage.
