The early penalty set the scene for the rest of the game

Akos Elek scored his third goal of the league season

"I was very happy that things turned out so well in the league match at Kaposvar. I was counting on a tougher game. The 2nd minute penalty meant a lot to how the game turned out. This was an important win after we lost last week to Honved, although Tuesday's cup match at Baja, showed the teams strength, where we came back to win the match with ten men. This was my third league goal, and it was a little bit funny that Attila Polonkai and I got in each others way. When the ball finally came to me, I just focused on hitting the target, and in the end it went through the legs of keeper Milinte, on its way to the back of the net. This win was a big step in us ending the autumn season at the top of the table. I was frustrated that we could not keep a clean sheet in the match. There will not be too much time to rest now, as we have a Hungarian cup match on Tuesday against Haladas. I actually like it when the games come thick and fast, as this is the best way to really develop. Naturally, the cup is just as important as the league for us, and the aim is to at least make it to the final."
