The thoughts of the two managers following the final whistle.
Szabolcs Huszti:
"We started the game well, we took the lead, and after that we had a couple of chances that we should have made more of. Unfortunately, after that it was a repeat of the last games. I know that the players' confidence is low, but it's exactly at times like this when you know you're leading, just like against Puskás Akadémia last week, you have to feel that you're fighting against relegation and unfortunately I don't feel that the players fully understand that. There's a lack of character on the pitch to deal with it, there's resentment from those who aren't playing, but for every coach, including myself, my aim is to put the best team on the pitch. We have to say outwardly that we are fighting against relegation and we are in a difficult situation, but now we have to get out of this situation and avoid relegation."
Ricardo Moniz:
"We had a shock in the 4th minute, it was very important to keep our composure and concentrate on playing good football. The big change came when we sent Szendrei out on the left wing and Tajti up front as a false nine, the latter having probably his best game of the season today. He dragged the team along, Németh, Szalay and Meshack found themselves and we were able to equalise. Mochi also had a chance, but we finished the first half 1-1. Szalay has been practicing free kicks like the one that led to our second goal for about seven months, and it paid off this time. We had our chances in our previous games, but today everything fell into place and the young Hungarian players are starting to mature, which gives us great hope for the future."
