Sousa: We won the cup but we may have lost two players to injury

The manager is very worried about the injuries to both Gyorgy Sandor and Akos Elek

Paulo Sousa:
"It was a lively match at the home of the Hungarian cup winners. It was not a case of two opponents on the pitch, but rather two battling sides, which wanted to beat the other. It was pleasing to see that my team tried to play the way that we asked them to, and to try and carry out those things that we went through in pre-season. I am satisfied on the whole with things. The aspect that I was most pleased about was the will to win shown from each of my players. The team remained focused following the sending off, and the team gave that extra plus, which was required for us to win. The only negatives were the injury's to both Akos Elek and Gyorgi Sandor. Elek picked up an injury to his mouth while Sandor also picked up a knock. We do not know how serious those two injury's are at the moment."

:
"I would like to congratulate Paulo Sousa on his successful introduction! We took part and played well in a good game. There was a big tactical battle on the pitch in the first half. We suffered an early blow with the loss of our main striker, Attila Tokoli to injury. We really missed him, especially when we played with a man advantage. We had the chances, but as is usual in these cases, they ended up costing us the match. Andre Alves showed a moment of magic and showed exactly why he is what he is. This was a different game to the cup final in May. I would like to once again congratulate Videoton and my own side as well."
