Our women’s team are hosting Újpest on Sunday

In the 6th round of the Simple Women’s League NB I, our team – currently with two wins and three defeats – faces another home match. Péter Andorka’s side will host Újpest FC on Sunday at 11.00 am on pitch 4 at our Sóstó training centre. The referee will be Zsófia Eszter Molnár-Sáska.

Our opponents are currently fourth in the table. In their league matches so far this season, Újpest have beaten Astra 2–1, DVTK 7–1 and Kispest-Honvéd 2–1; drawn 1–1 with Puskás Akadémia; and lost 1–0 to FTC. Two of their players, Vivien Csuhai and Samatha Tristan, have each scored four goals so far this season. Our girls’ weekly training programme was also enlivened by a Pilates session. On Thursday, at the invitation of Cloud4 Pilates Studio in Székesfehérvár, they took part in a Reformer Pilates session, which works the whole body using body weight, springs and resistance, helping to improve coordination and muscle balance.
