No football for Videoton this weekend

Snow has fallen over much of Hungary over the last week, with more on the way. Videoton were due to play the final league game on Saturday, before the winter break begins. Gyorgy Mezey's side had an away game at the Illovszky stadium, home of Vasas FC, where they were hoping to increase their current seven points lead at the top of the Monicomp league division one. The Hungarian FA held a meeting on Thursday, where it was decided to scrap this weekend's league fixtures until the 26th February 2011. The second leg of the Hungarian Cup tie with Haladas, has also been moved to early next year. Training will carry on as normal until the squad break up for the winter.
