On Sunday night at the MOL Arena Sósto we can improve our statistics against the Budapest side.

For Vidi, László Tiber and József Szabó have been the most effective against the Üllői út side, both of them have scored 9 goals against Fradi's goalkeepers. Stopira has scored the most goals against FTC from the current squad, three in total.
First league match:
In Videoton FC's first season in the top flight, in the 8th round of the 1968 championship, the teams played at Üllői út, with Ferencváros, who celebrated the title at the end of the season, winning 1-0.
First Vidi win:
The sixth game marked the first Fradi victory, and the fans had to wait until the 1971/1972 season for Vidi's first win. In the 28th round, on the pitch of the Sóstói Stadium, after a 90-minute game, Vidi won 4-3, with Tamás Szalmásy scoring 2 goals, László Karsai and Imre Burka 1 each.
Our last ten games against each other
We have won only one of our last ten matches against them, while the Green and Whites have won eight and drawn one. We have failed to score in our last four league games against FTC, the last goal came from Nemanja Nikolic who scored in a NB I match on the 25th April 2021. Our last league win was on the 23rd June 2020, when our then retiring captain and current sporting director Roland Juhász scored the winning goal.
Longest unbeaten run:
On 21 August 2004, FTC won 1-0 in Székesfehérvár, but after that they had to wait more than 8 years for another success against us: on 7 October 2012, they won again in Székesfehérvár 2-1.
Longest run without a win:
19 years! That's how long it's been between two home wins. On 27 November 1993 we won 3-1 with a Horváth Ferenc's goals, and the next time we beat FTC in Székesfehérvár came on the 29 April 2012..
Biggest win:
To this day, one of the most beautiful memories for all Vidi fans is the FESTIVAL of our first championship title at Üllői! Our 5-0 victory was also our biggest league win against FTC.
Best individual performance:
It was Ferenc Horváth who scored a hattrick against Fradi 29 years ago. In the derby played on 27 November 1993, the visitors took the lead in the 13th minute through Wukovics' goal, but the former striker equalised with a header two minutes later, and then took the lead from a half-turn in the 47th minute. He capped his performance in the 73rd minute, nodding Zimmermann's cross into the near corner to make it 3-1.
