Opinions about Saturday's match at the Albert stadium
Tamás Arany gave his opinion on Saturday evening's big Monicomp league match at the Albert stadium. He has been voted official of the year on three ocassions. "The Ferencvaros - Videoton match is one of the most important of the season, which is why it was a wise choice to have Viktor Kassai referee the game. There should be no doubt that he is the best official in Hungary today. It is enough to just remember how well he did in the world cup finals in South Africa. He also did very well in the recent champions league match between Inter and Bayern. I can say from experience that a referee always enjoys officiating in a match where there are many supporters in the stadium. Players concentrate much more in games like these, and it makes it a little easier to control the game. Saturday's match will be played in front of a big crowd, and I have been lucky to have experienced officiating at the Albert stadium, when there was a full house. I do not want to make any predictions, but it is sure to be a good tempo match, which will be exciting to watch."
János Csank (manager of ZTE, and former coach of both sides)
„I feel that this will be a difficult match for Videoton, not only because Ferencvaros have started the spring season well, but also because they will put Videoton under serious pressure. I would say that Videoton are a better side than Ferencvaros, but football is never as simple as this, that the better team always wins. A lot will count on the difference in knowledge of the players, which can influence the match. If a player feels under pressure due to the big crowd, then that is not very professional. Videoton have taken over from Ferencvaros' previous role, which is that everyone wants to beat Videoton. If Vidi play with intelligence, then they can use this to their advantage on Saturday. One thing for sure is that Ferencvaros will attack Videoton on their own pitch. I feel that the determining factor will be to remain calm and composed. The side that 'loses its head' will go on to lose the match."
