Kecskemet are once again in the focus

Vidi make the visit to Kecskemet almost two weeks after lifting the League cup there. Paulo Sousa's side face KTE in the OTP league at the weekend, with Laszlo Torok's team looking to overtake Honved and grab fourth spot.

The violets did Vidi a favour on Sunday by beating Győri ETO 2-0 on their home pitch. That was mainly down to Laszlo Lencse's double strike. The on-loan striker from Videoton has been in hot form this season. Kecskemet have proved to be an inconsistent side in 2012, having already lost three games over the spring season. It is true that they have won five and drawn one of their other games, so Vidi know they will have to work hard to emerge with the points. Kecskemet have scored 18 goals in those games while conceding 11. Vidi have been in very good form in the second half of the season. The red and blues have won seven, drawing one and losing the other, so two in form sides will face each other on Saturday.

Videoton managed to beat Ferencvaros in their most recent game at the Sostoi infront of almost 9,000, which saw the end of an unwanted 19 year record of not being able to beat them at home. Kecskemet managed to take all three points from Fehervar when the two sides came face-to-face in the autumn. That came shortly after Vidi lifted the super cup back in the summer after an Alves goal was enough to split the sides on the day. KTE will travel to Papa following their match with Vidi, before games against Ujpest and Siofok see out their season. Vidi themselves have two home games against Győr and Papa, before closing the campaign with an away trip to Ujpest.

 NB II-es csapatunk zsinórban harmadik győzelmét szerezte szombaton, ezúttal a Budaörs ellen, amivel immár hetedik a táblázaton. Vasárnap az éppen egy hellyel előttünk álló Veszprém FC látogat Felcsútra, és egy esetleges győzelemmel egy pontra megközelítenénk őket. A Veszprém az elmúlt fordulóban 1-0-ás győzelmet aratott a Paks második csapata felett, korábban ötször győztek, háromszor kikaptak és egyszer döntetlent játszottak a tavaszi szezonban. Ősszel 2-2 lett a végeredmény Veszprémben.
