Joan Carrillo: We played with more freedom in the second half

The two managers gave their reaction following the home win on Saturday.

Joan Carrillo:

"The team picked up a very important win against a good Kisvarda side. We made several mistakes in the first half and it was hard to go out there onto the pitch following three draws. Our game did not go as it should have but we still took the lead. We defended our lead in the second half and played with more freedom. We showed attacking football and created several chances. We picked up a deserved win today. I congratulate the team and this success was really needed inside the dressing room. We are working every day to be able to show the dominant game shown in the second part of the game in longer periods, which requires confident players, but it will come with wins. Once again, congratulations to the team for the performance and to Patrik Nyari, who was in the starting line up for Vidi for the first time in an NB I match.”

Tamás Bódog :

„Congratulations to Vidi, they deservedly won in the second half as they had more chances. In the first half, however, we showed what we are capable of, then we had more efforts. After the goal, however, we just went after the result, but I can’t say a bad word about my team, they tried, they went forward. It was painful that at the beginning of the second half maybe we should have had the opportunity to be one more on the pitch. I think the high kick to the head of Jelena Ricsi was high, but that's it. But based on the situations, Vidi deservedly won, they have good players, good luck to them in the remainder of the season! ”
