Adam Farkas to referee Saturday's match with Vasas

The 34 year old last took charge of a match involving Vidi a year ago.

Adam Farkas joined the division two group of referee's back in 2007. He stepped up to the first division a year later, before making his debut in the MTK - Kaposvar match on the 21st February 2009. He has been voted top official of the year twice over recent seasons.

It is interesting to note that Adam Farkas was the first match official in Hungary, who refereed a key game involving two assistant referee's, a fourth official and two further offcials behind each goal. This took place in the Debrecen - Vidi League cup quarter final match last March.

Videoton beat Haladas 7-0 at the Sostoi stadium last season, which was the last time Saturday's match official was in charge of a game involving Videoton.

Farkas will be assisted by Zsolt Varga and Georgiou Theodoros. The fourth official will be Gabor Varga for the match that will kick off at 18:00pm at the Pancho Arena.
