Marko Nikolic: Everthing needs to be in place for us to get the win

The Videoton manager spoke about Saturday's away game with Paks.

"As I have said several times earlier, the league season is turning out to be very interesting. Each side is battling for a serious target. There are two of us fighting for the league title, and another four behind that are trying to qualify for European football competition. A further six teams are battling to avoid relegation with each game that they play. There are no real favourites in any of the games and our match away at Paks is no different. I really respect our opponents who are a good side and they have several quality players in their squad. I could pick out Haraszti or the Simon brothers, Kristof Papp or their captain Janos Szabo. I believe that they play good football and their manager has been coaching them for a long time now. It will be a tough game against a side that are difficult to play against. We will need to concentrate fully if we are to win. We really need to be on top of our game in each area to get the three points" - commented manager Marko Nikolic. We also asked him about his thoughts on the supporters and media starting to focus on the big game next week with FTC.

"There is no time at the moment to talk about our game with Ferencvaros. I have banned this subject from our dressing room area. I have also done this out of respect for today's opponents. We are fully focused on Paks and if we did not do this, then the home side would punish us. Everyone should be reassured that the team and coaching staff are only thinking about the match with Paks. They have been performing well throughout the season and naturally this is not by accident. It would be amateurish to look ahead to the forthcoming games and not today"
