The two manager's shared their thoughts on Wednesday's league cup match.
Joan Carrillo: "I am disappointed as we would like to win in each series and all matches. Sadly we were caught asleep in the first 5 minutes and did not concentrate as we should have. We then went on to create plenty of chances, but we could not score a goal today. The defence made a mistake with the second goal that we conceded. I would have been truly sad had we lost without creating chances. When I put together my team, I had to take into account Saturday's league match and next Tuesday's Hungarian cup game. It rarely happens with us that we create so many chances, but fail to score a goal."
Kondás Elemér: "We travelled to Szekesfehervar to try and get a result that would help us progress to the next round. We started the match well, scoring a quick goal, while we also had chances following that. Videoton FC then had more of the ball as the match went on, but we defended well and did not give our opponents too much chance to have a 100% chance in front of our goal. We scored the second goal in the second half, while Vidi brought on such players as Nikolics and Feczesin, but they did not have any real goalscoring chances. We gave several young players the chance, and they were very disciplined in the way they played. They did many nice things and I am satisfied with them."
