The two managers shared their thoughts on Wednesday's league cup match.
Joan Carrillo: "We played in a fantastic stadium today, which I would like to congratulate Debrecen for. I feel that we picked up a very good result at the home of a strong club. Games with so many penalty's are always strange. Both sides still created several chances on top of those. We tried to defend with organization, and to create good chances when the time allowed. The opponents struck the face of Heffler in one of the decisions that went their way. However, this is part of football, and it is not only the players, or coaches that can make mistakes, but also match officials. There is no problems with this. I can talk positively about the performance today, with the only negative factor being the unfortunate knee injury to Lujickx."
Kondás Elemér: "We had plenty of chances during the game, while Videoton FC made to our goal three times, which produced three penalty's. We scored a goal following a good move. I can accept this performance from the players. I felt that a win or even a draw, but not a defeat was in the game today. I do not want to comment on the referee and I am not allowed to anyway."
