The first bit of action arrived in the 13th minute, we conceded a goal, which was ruled offside. Then in the 17th minute we were forced to make a substitution: Kálnoki-Kis committed a foul against Kurdics during an aerial challenge; Kurdics remained on the ground and had to be substituted. Hesz came on in his place, and the referee showed the Soroksár player a yellow card. In the 19th minute, following a cross from the right by Kálnoki-Kis, Lovrencsics shot wide; in the 31st minute, after a throw-in by Németh, he laid the ball back to Murka, who shot just wide of the left-hand post.

In the 33rd minute, the home side took the lead: Vas managed to parry Kevin Horváth’s shot, but Halmai was on hand to slot the ball into our net from the right (1–0). In the 35th minute, following a corner from the right by Bedi, Derekas headed wide; in the 37th, Halmai delivered a cross, but Lovrencsics’s header went wide. In the 38th minute, Dániel Németh cut inside and shot over the bar; in the 43rd, Murka’s attempt missed the target. In the 45th minute, at the end of a counter-attack down the right, Köllő made a good save, and in the second minute of added time, following a save by Vas, Kálnoki-Kis shot the rebound over the bar, meaning the teams went into the break with the home side leading by a single goal.

In the 48th minute, Jova saved Murka’s shot, and in the 58th, Hidi found himself in a good position, but his shot was blocked. In the 59th minute, Tamás Pető made a double substitution, switching to an even more attacking formation: Cipf and Zoárd Nagy came on up front. From then on, our team enjoyed even more possession, attempting numerous crosses and lofted balls into the Soroksár penalty area.

In the 63rd minute, following a cross from the right, Köböl shot over the bar; then, in the 78th, we came close to equalising: Németh’s free-kick was saved by a combination of Jova and the crossbar, and at the end of the scramble in front of goal, the home side eventually managed to clear the danger. In the 80th minute, the ball was once again bouncing around inside the home side’s five-yard box; after yet another attempt, Kékesi managed to clear it for a corner. In the 83rd minute, Nagy Zoárd’s shot was blocked – at this point our team were really pushing hard, pinning the home side back in front of their goal, but we couldn’t find the back of the net. Unfortunately, this remained the case until the end of the three minutes’ added time, so despite our significant dominance in possession and having chances to score, the home side won the match 1–0.

The action continues next Saturday at home against FC Ajka.
