Tamás Pető and Gábor Korolovszky gave their verdicts on the game shortly after the final whistle.
Tamás Pető:
“The problems with finishing that have characterised us throughout the season unfortunately resurfaced today; what’s more, luck wasn’t on our side either, with the ball even ricocheting off the inside of the post. The first half didn’t go as we’d planned, but in the second half we had plenty of chances, and on that basis we certainly deserved a point; however, football isn’t always a fair game. I told the team in the changing room that we need to build on our second-half performance, when we were clearly the better side – that’s what we need to hold on to.”

Gábor Korolovszky:
“I’m very proud of my team; today we showed in every respect why we’re top of the table. Videoton had more possession and created more chances in front of our goal, although we also had three or four dangerous counter-attacks from which we could have scored. But the lads really threw themselves into the match; they fought tooth and nail for the win, and they succeeded. They deserve every bit of praise from me.”
