We had a look back at the game against ZTE with our young goalkeeper and also talked about the upcoming game on Sunday.
Our home game against ZTE was bad both in terms of the game and the result. How do you feel, is the team in a fresher condition for the match against Nyíregyháza on Sunday?
I don't want to just blame the defeat against Zalaegerszeg on fatigue. We all know it was a poor performance, I don't want to make excuses. We need to play much better in Nyíregyháza and we will do our best to do that.
Last time we were in a similar situation before the game against DVSC as we are now. This time we have a very important match.
I have similar feelings. This game will not be like the others, because we can make a big move in both negative and positive directions. Let's try not to overthink Sunday and just focus on playing a solid game. I'm confident we can do it and it will come with a good result.
The Nyíregyháza team changed coach this week, with István Szabó replacing Krisztián Tímár. How much does this affect your work this week?
It affects our week in that it is a bit harder to prepare for the opponent. Of course we know their players well and István Szabó's work is not unknown to us. With a new coach in Nyíregyháza, there are a bit more unknowns, but that shouldn't affect our game.
In their last seven games (6 league and 1 cup), our opponents have been unable to score. Can this streak continue?
I don't want to overthink that either. If we score a goal and win, say 2-1, I'll be the happiest man in the world.
