Gabor Marton: We did not settle the game and got punished for our errors

The two managers spoke shortly after Sunday's final whistle.

Gabor Marton:

"The final result was really disappointing after a very good first half. We did not deserve this result based on the game. Sadly things went as they have been going. We did not take our chances after going 1-0 up. We did not settle the game and got punished for our errors. It is hard to explain why we did not remain calm after going ahead. Sadly we have been in this situation for quite a while now. We did not create as many chances as previously and our game is not where we want it to be. We have chances in each match to take the lead or to turn around games but we have not been managing this lately."

Michael Boris:

"We didn’t really find our game in the first twenty minutes, we couldn’t really stop Vidi’s creative players like Dardai and Houri. After that, we calmed down and were able to hold the ball more confidently against the five man defensive system of Fehérvár, for which we were prepared in advance. Our game improved in the second half, we got to the balls sooner, our attack worked well, I think we deserved to win based on our performance in the second half."
