The two managers shared their reaction shortly after the final whistle.
Gabor Marton:
"I am putting it mildly when I say that he match was passionate. We came here to practice things as this match was also part of our preparation. I like it when both teams concentrate on playing football. Obviously if my players are provoked and kicked, I would say that they should protect themselves, but it's not worth talking about it anymore."
"We played a little timidly in the first half. There was a 10-15 minute power outage, at which point the opponents scored two goals. They were better than us in this part of the game. During the break, I asked the team to play bolder football and in the second half I saw a lot of things on the pitch that we have practised in training. Overall we played a good match, we managed to pick up the right pace. As to how hard the match was did not cause a problem, let the lads get used to it. If a team can put on their gloves that way and come back from 2-0 like we did, that’s very positive.”
Jan Kozak:
"We played a very intense match. We witnessed tough battles out on the pitch, it's also part of football, but this match also served our preparation well. We took the lead in the first half and then doubled our advantage. In the second half, the opponents equalized. We need to draw conclusions and continue to prepare to get in shape for the start of the season."
