We have to play Videoton with maximum concentration

Kaposvar manager Tibor Sisa spoke to vidi.hu about Saturday's match

What do you expect from Saturday's league match?
They have been building the league champions side for years now. You cannot compare the two clubs, as Videoton FC are a totally different dimension, but you need this and that in football. The Fehervar side have a strong squad, which became stronger over the winter. You could see in the Hungarian cup match against Győr, that Vidi are in very good form right now, and are good at scoring goals, and play stylish football. My young team will have a very difficult task, as we will have to stand our ground at Videoton FC's stadium, in our first spring league game. I hope that this challenge will bring out the best in my players. We are not the favourites, but we do not just want to visit but move forward.

How did the winter break go by at Kaposvar?
We had to make big sacrifices, in order to carry on in this difficult, but at the same time nice and clean battle. Our squad became smaller, and our transfers reflected this situation. I can honestly say that we have gone through big changes. Six players left us over the winter break, but we can also really feel the fact that Pedro Sass will not be available. He suffered an injury in the last league game, back in the end of November. We have signed three players, one from the first division and two youngsters from the second division. We have also promoted five reserve team players from our division three team.

Is it any advantage to your side, that you managed to beat Videoton on your home pitch in the autumn?
That was a very good match, and my team produced a fantastic performance. Many things are needed in football to be successful: Humility is also needed, and to battle and have the right attitude until the last minute. I will be expecting this from Saturday's match. I hope that we will give maximum concentration in the match with Videoton FC, even if we know that our opponents are a very strong team, even on the international stage.
