The blue and whites are second in the table with 7 points.
On Saturday we will host MTK Budapest at the MOL Arena Sósto, with the match kicking off at 20.30.
The blue-whites have started the season well, and they are in second place after four matches, with two wins (Honvéd at home and Újpest away), one draw (away at Gyirmót) and one defeat (at home to Kisvárda). They have scored five goals and conceded four, two of the five goals were scored by Gheorghe Grozav.
The Romanian striker joined the club before the season, as did Bence Kocsis (PAFC), Márk Kosznovszky (Parma), Márk Kovácsréti (Kisvárda), Ylber Ramadani (BK Vejle) and James Weir (FK Pohronie). The departures before the new season included Cseke Benjámin (Mezőkövesd), József Kanta (retired), Patrick Ikenne-King (?), Ádám Pintér (retired), Szabolcs Schön (FC Dallas) and Roland Varga (al-Ittihad).
There has also been a change on the bench, with former Hungarian national team coach Giovanni Constantino taking over from Michael Boris.
This weekend will be the 52nd meeting between the two sides with Vidi being the home side, with 27 Vidi wins, 11 draws and 13 MTK victories so far. The last time we played them was in February at the Sósto, when the visitors won 2-1.
