Michael Boris: "We want to attack at Újpest and we need stability at the back"

Our team's penultimate league game of the season kicks off on Sunday at 18:45 at Újpest.

"I expect a tough match, Újpest have good statistics in their last 12 games, they have climbed away from the relegation zone and even have a mathematical chance to finish fourth. They have good players, Budu Zivzivadze has scored a lot of goals recently, but I could also mention Mitrovic, Croizet or Beridze, especially in attacking play. Our opponents on Sunday are very dangerous. We have not conceded in our last two league games, which is a credit to the team's defence, but we have also created a lot of chances up front and scored 17 goals in the last 7 games. We want to attack again in Újpest, but we need stability at the back to avoid conceding goals on Sunday and take another step towards retaining fourth place with another win. On Thursday we had a team-building programme with the players and the staff, which went well, everyone had a good time, but I always say that team-building is a continuous, day-to-day process, and I feel that in addition to the results, the team is also moving in the right direction in this area" - head coach Michael Boris told our website ahead of our game in Újpest on Sunday.
