Marko Scepovic: Goals were missing from our game

Match 26 of the OTP league season was played on Saturday with Videoton making the trip east to face Mezokovesd. We spoke to Marko Scepovic after the game.

"Goals were missing from our game. We tried and gave everything and pressurised. The 0-0 draw is not a good result for us, but we still have 7 games to go to sort things out. I am not saying that we had plenty of chances, but it is very hard to play against teams that defend with 10 men. There were many yellow cards as we tried to stop the counter attacks. We know that Patkai and Anel Hadzic will sit out the next game but we could not take risks of conceding a goal. We have enough players to replace them. Mezokovesd fought for their lives today and picked up a point. If we want to be champions, we will have to win all of our remaining matches. I am pleased that Elvir Hadzic made his first division debut. I wish him many more matches and goals for Vidi! - commented Marko Scepovic.
