The two managers shared their thoughts on Saturday's 0-0 draw.
Marko Nikolic:
"I would like to congratulate Mezokovesd on the point they gained. Both sides played a difficult game with the home side being especially motivated. Perhaps they played with three central defenders for the first time this season. They had plenty of players behind the ball, which is completely understandable from their point of view. They have won a point and we have dropped two. We were not fresh enough after our games with Honved and Ujpest. We wanted to give some rest to Huszti for example following those two games. He had been out for quite a while. We had Danko Lazovic, Roland Juhasz and other players that played all three games this week. Loic Nego was missing through suspension. We had perhaps over 20 corners, and free kicks in dangerous positions, with crosses also going in, but we were not dangerous with these today. The freshness was missing but we also needed that one player to give us that something extra."
Tóth László:
"The supporters saw a good game today. Our team were well prepared for the game. We picked up a good result and a point. Perhaps the visitors did not have one real chance. I would not like to criticise them as they have really good forwards. I want to do the exact opposite as our defending deserves credit. It is a big thing to deny a team battling for the title a chance on goal. We also defended the Videoton set-pieces. We had 4-5-6, maybe 7 or 8 good chances and hit them with many counter attacks. We should have done better from some of these. We can go into the next game with plenty of positives. I feel that we have moved forward with this result."
