The defender spoke ahead of Wednesday's first leg Hungarian Cup match against ZTE.
The Hungarian Cup is back after a two week period. Vidi take on ZTE FC in a two-legged tie after knocking out Ujpest FC in the last round. The first leg will be played at the ZTE Arena on the 4th March at 20:00pm. Loic Nego gave his thoughts ahead of the game.
"I returned against Kaposvar after a month out. It felt really good and I was missing playing. The last three results have been promising and gives us hope. We played well and this could not only be seen from within but also from the outside. While my team mates have been battling out there on the pitch, I had to concentrate on returning back at the same level as I was previously. I had no problems physically or any pain. I was satisfied after the final whistle. We now face Zalaegerszeg in the Hungarian Cup. It is always important for us to win our games. We need to continue improving and the aim cannot be anything other than winning. ZTE are a big and compact side so we will need to pay attention but we are prepared" - commented Loic Nego.
