The two managers spoke to the media following Saturday's game.
Henning Berg:
"It was a tough game against a side that showed why they they concede so few goals. Only Vasas and Honved have managed to score more goals against them, and we are talking about a good defensive team. They made things difficult for us. We had some players missing today, which is why we played a little differently to the way we usually do. I would not say that everything went according to plan in the first half. We made changes at half time, which we were forced to do as Robert Feczesin said that he his leg was not 100%, which is why we decided to make the change. We then played in a more similar style than we have done. We played better in the second period, although it was not perfect, but we did improve. It was a tight and tough game but we scored two goals. The first was after a really good move. Our game changed after that first goal as MTK came forward more. That meant more space for us. I am very pleased that Danko Lazovics scored twice. He is known more for setting goals up for his team mates, but he also scores his share of goals. He almost scored a hatrick, as we must not forget the free kick that he hit the post with. Istvan Kovacs did well when he came on, especially with his attacking play, which I was satisfied with. I would also like to pick out Stopira, who showed that he can be relied upon in central defence. If we can have the same form on our travels as we do at home, than it would be difficult to stop us. This is why we are working to make sure this can happen as soon as possible."
Teodoru Vaszilisz:
"Vidi were very strong opponents for us and they are heading on a very different road. We are trying to exemplarily raise the youngsters. We could not pick up a point today against a side that had 6 foreign players in it. I praised the youngsters after the game, and Vidi have different targets. They have a different conception and they are ahead of us. I would also like to congratulate them. I could say that today the difference between us was Lazovics."
