The experienced match official will referee the second leg tie on Tuesday
The young official is well known to Vidi fans, as he has already refereed two matches this season involving the red and blues. Adam Farkas took charge of the away match at Siofok, which ended in a goaless draw, back in August. He also refereed last season's Hungarian cup match at Baja, which eventually saw Vidi progress into the next round. His most recent game involving Videoton was the fourth round Hungarian cup win away to Tatabanya, which Videoton emerged 2-0 winners from.
Farkas has had a lightning career to date, becoming a member of the second division group of officials in 2007. He then made the step up to the first division, in 2009, making his debut in the MTK - Kaposvar match on the 21st February that year. He has twice picked up the title of best referee in his home country of Heves. His first game involving Vidi was the 4-0 home win over REAC at the Sostoi stadium, in the 2008/2009 season.
