Vidi face their final league cup group stage match on Wednesday.
Dunaujvaros, who will be Wednesday's opponents, are currently in second place in the second division after 14 rounds. They sit three points behind leaders Nyiregyhaza, having won 9 games, drawn 2 and lost the other 3. Their goal difference is 24 goals scored and 15 conceded. Their goals have mostly come from two players with Godslove scoring 6 times, while Thiago has found the back of the net with 4 goals. They have done surprisingly well in the Hungarian cup, making it into the last 32 with a 2-0 win against first division Paks. They can now look forward to a two-legged affair with Debrecen.
Dunaujvaros drew their most recent league match at Tatabanya with a 1-1 draw. Former international player Zoltan Boor scored their goal in that match. Fehervar links with the current squad include former keeper Arpad Milinte, who made almost 100 appearances for Vidi in the past. Tamas Szalai, who made 150 appearances for Vidi between 1998-2005, is currently battling with an injury.
Dunaujvaros lined up for their away match at Tatabanya with the following side: Milinte - Villám, Burucz, Farkas, Lázár, Böőr, Papp, Kocsis (Sóron '78), Thiago, Godslove (Ato '85), Csehi.
Wednesday's opponents are currently in fourth place in Group E of the league cup. Paks lead with ten points, followed by Videoton and Kozarmisleny, who both have seven points to date. Therefore all four sides can still make it through to the next stage of the competition.
