Videoton make the journey west to face ZTE in the league cup on Wednesday
ZTE manager Sandor Preisinger spoke to vidi.hu: "We are not the favourites in the match, but much will depend on which Videoton side arrives in Zalaegerszeg on Wednesday. The most important thing for us this week is the weekend league game, so we will probably not be playing our full strength side in the league cup game. We will be using the league cup, to give those players with limited match time football, the opportunity to play. We have experienced division one players as well as youngsters in our squad, and we need time for them to blend together. The results are starting to show that we are heading in the right direction, which is backed up by the fact that we have won our last two league games. Naturally I have followed Videoton's league and Europa league games, and we are talking about a major Hungarian side. I have also been delighted by the performance of Videoton in the Europa league, and they managed to beat Sporting last week and played well at the same time. You can see the results of the work put in over the last year and a half. They are on the right road, and one we would like to follow, and it is also very sympathetic to see the backing Paulo Sousa has received from the club's management."
