The two manager's spoke to the media after the final whistle.
Pető Tamás: "We were up against a massive and defensive Paks side today. We directed the majority of the game, but we conceded an own goal and then a penalty. The latter goal and the decision leading up to it could have gone in our favour. However, the referee judged it differently. We still managed to create several chances despite this, but made mistakes in the final third of the pitch. It was a very tough game and the supporters witnessed good adult battles out there. I felt that one or two of our players went missing in the first half. We were slow and did not move the ball around too quickly, even though we had prepared for this. The tempo in the second period was better mainly due to the substitutions, but we did not manage to score any goals. We did not work badly as a team, but the same did not apply to some of the individual performances."
Csertői Aurél: "We did not really plan the game the way it panned out. The main thing is that the players gave their all today and we deserved to win. Videoton have very good players, but we rose above them with our enthusiasm and with some of the football we played. We were that much better than them today. It was a tough game and both teams assisted to this in the game and the supporters enjoyed this. This is different for a manager but we still managed to score a goal when we were down to nine men."
