The two head coaches shared their thoughts on Saturday's league match at the Pancho Arena.
Ferenc Horváth:
Football is an interesting game and for all those sides that want to play football, which becomes a nightmare like it did at the start of today's game. We had three big chances inside the opening six minutes. If we could have converted just one of those, then the match would have turned out totally different. Then we found ourselves 0-2 down after 18 minutes against Vasas, who perhaps only managed to get close to our goal on those two chances. This does not take anything away from our opponents. It was hard to start the second half with a two goal deficit. We also had to bring on substitutes due to injuries. We tried to play total football and attacked in the second period leaving the defenders at the back. This pressure saw us come back and level the game, and we could have even gone on to win the match. I see this as two points dropped today, which I consider a big mistake. I would also like to say thank you to the supporters for their excellent backing this season."
Michael Oenning:
For those that came out to watch the match, they saw a real game, which was a real event. I am a little bit sad that we did not win, but a draw is also an acceptable result. Vidi had several chances in the first 10 minutes. They managed to open us up down the wings, but we came back strongly into the game. Remili scored twice to put us in front. The most important point in the game was that we did not score the third goal at the end of the first half. That would have given us some security for the second period. The home side then came back in the game after 70 minutes. We then coped with the pressure and the final result was a realistic one. The league continues to be exciting."
