A look at the statistics between the two teams that will come face to face on Saturday.
The history between the two sides goes back a short distance in time, with the first game being played in the 1980-81 season. That match was at the Sostoi stadium in Szekesfehervar on the 13th August 1980, with Vidi winning that game 2-1. It is interesting to see that the first ever goal against Nyiregyhaza in the top division was scored by Győző Burcsa, who today is the club director. The other goal that day came from Ferenc Csongradi, who is also a club director at first division club Dunaujvaros.
The biggest success:
There were two 4-0 wins in successive season for Vidi against Spartacus on the home pitch. The 1982-93 season saw the two teams play each other on the 4th match of that season. The goals came from Majer, Szabo, Vadasz and Novath. The following season saw another 4-0 win and the goalscorers that day included a double from Vadasz, Majer and Horvath.

That was on the 14th May 2005 with eight goals being scored in a match that was played in Szekesfehervar. Vidi emerged 5-3 winners that day against Spartacus. The first half saw goals from Gyorok and Nagy giving the home side a 2-0 lead, which was increased after the break by a goal from Lattenstein. Cipf scored a consolation goal before Daniel Nagy restored the two goal lead. Kuttor added to the scoreline with the fifth before two late goals from Kenesei made it 5-3.
