The two manager shared their thoughts shortly after the final whistle.
Marko Nikolic:
"Congratulations to the team on the win. We have picked up 9 points from three games scoring 11 goals, so it has been a good start. However, we are still very much at the beginning of the season. We need to keep our feet on the ground and work each day. The match started quite unbelievably for us. Naturally errors like this are part of football. We were then understandably a little nervous, but we quickly managed to settle down. DVTK play aggressive football and there were plenty of fouls that make things hard for us. I told the team at half time to relax and concentrate on our own game. We created several chances in the second half and the supporters saw some goo moves. I want to thank them for their backing as there was a good atmosphere inside the stadium from the first minute."
Fernando Fernandez:
"We saw two different games today. The first was before the sending off and the second after. Petryak did well in the situation for the red card while Brkovic could have avoided it. This was a key moment but I never talk about match officials. The referee decided this way and it is part of football. The match was balanced until that point and we had created chances. However, I was angry with my players for what happened as it is complicated enough to play against Vidi with 10 men. I want better continuity and aggression from my players. We conceded easy goals. The first from a free kick, the second from a throw in and the third came from a free kick. We cannot allow things like this and also when we are a man short. It is just a question of concentration. I can talk about the whole evening that everything that happened was bad. We lost Adukor in the warm up before having a player sent off and conceding these goals."
