DVTK visit the MOL Arena Sosto on Saturday having made a mixed start to the new season.
DVTK have been dicing with relegation over recent seasons but they brought in several new strengthening’s over the summer. Arriving in goal was Branislav Danilovic from Puskas Academy FC. The defence was also improved with Andras Vagi coming in from Paks, while the midfield saw Joachim Adukor from FK Sarajevo and loan to permanent Bence Szabo from Vidi. Another new forward was Haris Tabakovic from DVSC and Richard Zsolnai from Vac. Daniel Prosser made the move from the Puskas Academy. Out of those, Danilovic, Adukor and Prosser have both started the first two games while Szabo has twice come on as a substitute. There were players coming up from the youth set-up to the first team in Diosgyor. Only Boros has featured coming on in the season opener.
Heading out were Rados to Vasas, Vernes to Hapoel kfar Shaba of Israel, Mihajlovic is still at the club but is not listed within the squad. Mazalovic has gone to Inter Zapresic during the summer. The team kicked off with three points against Honved in the 2-1 win. Goals from Tajti and Shestakov earning them the win. The former from the penalty spot has already got two to his name after also scoring against Ujpest in the 2-1 defeat. His second coming from a close range free kick after the keeper picked up a back pass. Manager Fernando will be without Makraira and Tabakovic as the duo have been out for more than a year following knee operations. There are several players with Vidi ties in the Miskolc squad. Mark Tamas and Bence Szabo both came through the Vidi youth system, while Danilovic was the number one keeper during the 2015-16 season.
