José Gomes: The youngsters that came in did well

The two managers shared their thoughts following Wednesday's league cup match.

: The young players who came into the side did very well and were capable of producing the quality of play, which the first team squad members can. This confirms the very good coaching work that is going on with the division 3 side, where they prepare day after day. Today's match helped us get ready for the league match at Diosgyőr, from the point of view that I was able to see players returning from injury in match action. We also had to do without several players, but today's match helped us on the whole, looking ahead to the future. Naturally I can still not say that we played perfectly, and we have areas that we need to improve in. I am especially pleased that we did not concede any goals today, which is a compliment to the defence. A manager always wants to see better things from his side, so I can say that I am satisfied with the performance of the team.

Dobos Barna (Dunaujvaros manager):
We have lots of matches at the moment, which includes our visit to Bekescsaba at the weekend, and then Vasas next week. We will also have a Hungarian cup match with Debrecen, in between those two league games. That is why I gave players with limited match time the chance in today's game. We were a match for Videoton FC in the first half and also at the start of the second half. The visitors went on to work out their chances well after that. There was also the sending off so they fully deserved to win the game.
