The two managers spoke following Wednesday's pre-season friendly in Marbella.
José Gomes: "The performance from today's match, especially in the second half, was better for me than what I saw against Rijeka. We had more of the ball, and produced several good attacks in the second period. We are on the right road to achieve our aims, which is to be an even stronger side. A manager rarely feels fully satisfied with everyone, but this is how I feel after the work we have done so far."
Aleksandar Stankov: "We played against a very good side today, and that was important for us. It was a real battling match out there. The result is secondary with regards to where we are currently in pre-season. We started our work 10 says ago, so the emphasis was not on whether we would win or not. I was satisfied with the play, which I saw out on the pitch. My players carried out what I asked from them to the maximum."
