The two managers spoke to the media following the final whistle on Saturday.
José Gomes: I would first of all like to congratulate Kaposvar and Laszlo Prukner for the three points! This was a bad game for us. The home side put up a real fight in the first half, and you could sense that they wanted to win the match. They also did well when it came to one-on-one situations. We managed to spur things up in the second half, and stretched things on the pitch, playing better football. It is part of the match chronicle that based on the TV footage, the situation that fell to Nikolics in the first half, was an obvious penalty, which the match official should have awarded. Then the referee did not get the right decision with the penalty for Kaposvar, as it could be seen that Szolnoki did not reach the opponents player. This did not change the result, as we did not play well, but it did add to the events. Naturally overall, I am not satisfied.
Prukner László: I am very pleased with the three points, which we deserved recently. We managed to step forward a little, that we did not allow Vidi to win the one-on-one situations. We always had a player available to help the other. This helped us and did not allow Vidi to have too many situations. My players battled well throughout the whole game.
