The two managers shared their thoughts shortly after Vidi's 1-0 win in Malta.
Gabor Marton:
"The team played extremely well in the first half, we dictated at the right pace, worked out very good chances, but we failed to score. We took the lead in the second half and then our game became a bit hasty. The end of the match didn’t look good, we had a chance to close the match, but instead we had to get excited at the end. There is no easy match in the Europa League, we have already seen examples of surprises. Congratulations to the guys, our victory and for going through, which is well deserved."
Stefano Sanderra:
"In my view, the match can be divided into two parts. In the first sixty minutes, MOL Fehérvár played better, creating many situations, they were better than us. After the goal we conceded, we also had the opportunity to score, in our biggest chance the ball slammed into the crossbar. All in all, Fehérvár deservedly won the match."
