FTC home game likely to be played on the 22nd September

According to the fixture list of the OTP Bank League, the first match of the 2021-2022 season between Vidi and FTC would have taken place in the second game of the season, on the weekend of the 7th August. The Budapest club asked the Hungarian Football Association (MLSZ) to postpone the match to a later date, due to their participation in Europe.

FTC have set the 22nd September, and our club has agreed to the new date, so that the match would not have to be played on the official extra day, 22nd December, as stipulated by the Competition Rules.

The new date will become official when the MLSZ confirms the decision.
