"We will do all we can to keep this fantastic chance going"

Paulo Sousa faced the media on Wednesday night in positive mood

"We know what kind of a team Genk are. They have a serious past with experience on the international stage, and it is enough to think back to last year's Champions league performance. Thanks to this, and the sale of some players, saw them profit by 28 million euros. Genk are a very good team, with individual good players making up their squad. They are quick in switching from defence to attack, which brings them results. I felt that we matched them in the first game, and thought that the game could even have finished with a different result. We will do everything tomorrow evening to make sure that we remain with this fantastic possibility, which we are so close to now. If we manage to battle our way through, then I will be able to say that this was my most important game as a manager. We can gamble as much as Genk's game allows us to. Genk will not want to risk too much in Thursday's match, as they would if they were playing at home. They currently lead the group, and will face Basel at home in the final game. I will have my strongest side to start the match with the exception of Stopira."
