ZTE next up at the MOL Arena Sosto on Saturday

Saturday's opponents are battling to avoid relegation and will be looking to make it tough for Vidi.

OTP league newcomers are in a real fight against relegation. Our opponents went up as NB II champions last season to return to the first division for the first time since 2012. They have so far picked up 21 points to sit in 11th, which is one of the relegation places. They are just 2 points adrift of Paks and 3 behind Kisvarda, while Ujpest are also within distance. They have picked up one point from their first four league games of 2020. However, their fifth game saw them come from 1-0 down to beat Ujpest. The ZTE squad is valued by transfermarkt.de at 5,73m euros, which is the third lowest in the NB I. The highest valued player is Bole Lukacs, who arrived on loan on the final day of the transfer window. He is valued at 600,000€. Former international player Zolan Stieber and another winter arrival, Fanos Katelaris are just behind on 500,000€. They further strengthened their squad in recent weeks with Erik McWoods coming in from Estonia and Stjepan Ostrek joining from the Slovenian second division. Matija Katanec also arrived from Mezokovesd.

Departures included Szilard Devecseri and Miroslav Grumic, Oleh Holodiuk and former Vidi midfielder Martin Hudak. Another one to leave was former U20 player Mate Kiss. Meshack Izuchukwu Ubochioma arrived to the club in January, but headed out on loan in February. Top goalscorer with 7 goals to his name is Andras Rado. He also has 4 assists to put him in third place in the NB I Canadian table. Gergely Bobal is on 6 goals while keeper Demjen has played the most minutes this season with 1890, with Bedi Bence on 1800. They also strengthened their squad with two loan players from our club. Bendeguz Bolla tends to start at right back while Krisztian Tamas has been battling with injury for a while now. Nikola Mitrovic, Gergo Kocsis and David Barczi have all played for Vidi previously.
