Lednev's goal was the decisive goal in Tuesday's training match against our second team.

During the national team break, in preparation for the league match against Kisvárda on Saturday, we played two 30-minute periods against our second team at the Sósto. Michael Boris sent out the starting eleven of Kovácsik - Alef, Lüftner, Shabanov - Bese, Pinto, Zulj, Funsho, Hangya - Nikolic, Kodro against Vidi II led by Tamás Szalai.

In the sixth minute, Lüftner's header was the first threat, then Vidi II's Vintonji and Dinnyés both shot at goal, but Kovácsik saved. In the 20th minute, Funsho's cross was headed over by Kodro, and in the next attack Nikolic got out from behind the defenders, Dulka's footwork was kept away the threat. In the 23rd minute, Bese's excellent cross from the right was met by Kodro but the keeper pulled off another save, and again Bese's pass was followed by Funsho's shot, which was saved by Dulka. In the last chance of the half, Zulj's left-wing corner was saved by the keeper after Bese's shot from close range.

At the break, Heister, Lednev and Petryak replaced Hangya, Zulj and Alef. In the 36th minute, Petryak's cross from the left was headed into the net by Lednev (1-0). Soon after Nikolic was played in, but substitute Gergely saved and with 10 minutes remaining, Lednev's 18-metre shot from a corner whizzed past the right post. In the second half, it was mainly possession in the middle of the pitch and the scoreline remained unchanged, and the match ended with a 1-0 win for our first team.
